Very few pros... I can't think of one.

Multiple unfair and slightly constructive dismissals in my time there. There was an ongoing discrimination case against the company and it's management team, which was won (look up Ms J Millington v Forensic Access Ltd, which was in the news). Staff members were frequently moved into new job roles without background experience, and then eventually 'made redundant' or managed out. Management are awful human beings with little management experience and exercise poor judgement. During my time there many of the staff complained about their low pay. I know of at least two members of staff who quit due to poor employer practices and unfair/constructive dismissals.
