Pros

Your opinion counts. The benefits are great. No two days are the same and there is always something interesting and new that comes up.

Cons

You have need to work until the job is done. If you are organized and know how to have friendly, short conversations, you can do it. It is not a 40 hour a week job. You are dealing with people who are not in a good place in their life, so people do become upset and you have to deal with it.

The teams are amazing and leadership is accessible at all times. You feel like you are making a difference

Cons

Branching out to offer 3 platforms to agents can be a little daunting but manageable. Foremost is trying new things to drum up business and it has been a little bit of a misfire on our side causing frustration and fires to out continuously.
