Salary not on time - Tender Executive Foreignerds Employee Review

I don't find any pors in this company to write here

I worked here for 5 months, but the company failed to pay my salary for the last 2 months. I was assured that my full and final settlement would be cleared within 45 days, but it has not been processed to date. This reflects poor management and lack of professionalism. I would strongly recommend verifying payment practices before joining.

There is no Pros in this company

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. Unfortunately, there seems to be a lack of proper leadership and employee management, especially under the direction of Mr. Vivek Raina. Many essential tasks are poorly handled, and there have been unresolved issues regarding pending payments to former employees. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when dealing with this organization.
