Pros

There are no reasons to work here. This is mind-numbing work. You will not feel like your work means anything because expectations and demands change so often and providers quit all the time.

Cons

I will start by saying I should have left this company after my first day there. I was there for far too long and not treated well. My time here was filled with anxiety that I would never be able to leave. There are so many things wrong with this company, I'm only scratching the surface. -Run by a family which led to constant special treatment and nepotism. -I had no formal training EVER. When I tried asking my manager or coworker for help/training, I was ignored and passed off as a nuisance -staff are very cliquish which led to a toxic and unwelcoming work environment. I received several rude comments directed towards my personal life or appearance and I often felt intentionally left out of social gatherings. -I went through several managers during my time here with a few of them being the most awful and rude/immature people I have ever worked with -The pay is comically low. Barely over minimum wage. -There are no opportunities to move up in the company or to be promoted within the department, so there is no incentive to stay. As stated previously, we went through several managers during my time here and at one point while they said they were "looking" for a new one, we successfully managed ourselves for several months. None of the department members were ever considered to be promoted -This company is so mismanaged and the jobs so soul sucking I would never recommend it to anyone. Bonus--the salary range on the job listing is false. I made 38k a year. Not sure why they are lying and saying they would actually pay someone a whopping 45k for this job -Company-wide zooms were spent entirely with upper management congratulating themselves on things other people accomplished. -Upper management ignored my department in front of everyone yet they demanded so much of us

Cons

Disorganized, rude, pay very little money compared to other agencies, give misleading information, terrible support team, always mistakes on the paycheck
