      Pros

      Awesome & skilled people. Experience team is the best you can get in Sweden, they've got the best culture.

      Cons

      Salary model is really stinky. You have a target salary along with base. If not contracted you drop down heavily in private economy. Private pension is based on the base salary = bad. Owner & leadership is only interested in moneymaking in the end. It's quite obvious. They'll tell you about "togethership" but that's real fake. In the end you have to defend yourself.

      Part of something bigger, very inclusive company with a solid value foundation, honest and direct management. Seasoned management och generous company. A place for people that wanna grow and focusing on delivering results.

      Cons

      Fairly newstarted in US, it's a demanding but fun environment if you got what I takes.
