Pros

There were som great people within the company. Not many are left now though.

Cons

Despite being a relatively small company, the CEO has no interest in talking with employees. Not even a "Hello" when he walks past. A leadership clique was formed that bullied out the best and most professional members of the leadership team, only to hire in friends as replacements. People are fired without warning on a regular basis with no explanation. This lead to a general sense of anxiety with my team and the wider organisation. Members of my team were both fired and hired without consultation, despite me being the hiring manager. Dozens of complaints were made about a particular employee who was responsible for many resignations and a hostile working environment, yet nothing was done about at. I was threatened by my manager and when I reported it, nothing was done and still has not. I resigned as a result.

We understand that different perspectives influence interpretations of events, however it is disappointing to read these personal remarks against our valued employees. Our CEO has had to wear many hats during the past year in particular as we built out our new leadership team and decisions that have impacted the company recently, including lay-offs, have been very much taken to heart. Performance discussions where Forecast may no longer be the right fit for an employee can be emotionally charged to hear. In line with our value of Care with Candor, these discussions must sometimes proceed. We also appreciate it is personally difficult to be swept up in constant change and find that there is no tenable position at the end -- this is a very normal part of growth, but we are sorry you didn't have the closure at Forecast every employee deserves.

Pros

The team is fantastic to work with - culturally diverse and made up of many highly talented individuals. New leadership is revitalizing the organization's culture and fostering more efficient cross-team collaboration. Quarterly reporting supports these changes, trending successes and reflects a promising boost to the organization's structure, teamwork and growth.

Cons

Staffing changes resulting in loss of valuable team members has been hard on the remaining team members and overall company morale.
