Benefits are great if you are a full time employee and pay is great too. Free lunches. The opportunity to get to work with wonderful clients outside.
Cons
Hostile work environment, management condones abusive behavior and plays favorites. Expects you to work overtime and not get paid for it. Unfair treatment to those who are not best friends with boss or boss's family.
