Pros

Good coworkers who were recruited in the Foresee/Answers era. Plush office.

Cons

Clients are defecting at a record pace, even though the only current expectation from the management is to retain existing clients and not necessarily gain new clients. The benefits have gone down now, total PTO days were reduced and no talented candidate will join this company in their right mind. My guess is this company will have to recruit from the leftovers pool. Very low pay, no promotions or career pathways, middle management is often petty, thoroughly unqualified and lacks class. This new acquisition has made it a robotic company with no culture. Employees are not even an after thought. Snacks are completely gone, event scaled down and the office has been moved to a far from humanity location, away from the qualified metro Detroit recruitment pool. The place went from a millennial friendly, team focused culture to a cold entity. No wonder there is a mass exodus from the company (every week minimum 2-3) and the morale is super low. Hiring is not as fast as the exodus and new and existing hires are forced to work a lot. Lastly only analysts are required to enter time sheets and not team managers or customer success managers, which is a constant reminder of the fact that you are at the bottom of the totem pole. They rely on a churn and burn philosophy and someone once said their model was a 2-3 year employment for analysts. perhaps pay and career paths are suppressed for the same reason. Go elsewhere if you have another option.
