Upper management in the company is to controlling over the clubs, and micro manage way to much. The pay for the employees is very low for the amount of work done by everyone. Also the hours worked are insanely long, if you are salaried expect to work 24/7 and without additional pay for doing so. Take what ever Management says with a grain of salt, they will change their mind a million times and you'll always be wrong.
