Pros
Academic environment is refreshing. Location to public transportation is easily available. Dual campus structure allows for resources to be shared between both locations.
Cons
Terribly managed from the very top. Employees are treated as students and expected to blindly follow the dogma of university senior officials. Environment is that of competition without any offer of promotion or growth. Change is vehemently opposed by deans and VP's who are satisfied with the status quo.
