      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity if you're willing to put in the work. It's a pleasant work environment with a ton of smart people. I enjoy coming to work on a daily basis and there's a great work/life balance.

      Cons

      If you want to call it a "con", FAV is big on paperwork. Do it on time and you won't have any issues.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
