Provides good work/life balance and excellent teams. You can learn a lot and gain very valuable experience. Growth is possible and can be fast in some departments. Thorough training for those in technical roles that competitors do not offer.
Cons
Poor PTO, bereavement, and inclement weather policies. Outdated remote work policy. By-request-only performance reviews that often take months to be scheduled. Low salaries compared to others in the industry. Frugal to a fault at times. Heavy micromanagement. Outdated practices and culture in general.
