      Pros

      This place is comical at best, the director who is 65-85% of the problem is writing a review on how great it is to work here just so the other reason people are unhappy here can respond.

      Cons

      Literally everything. This place is a training ground for other av companies to pick from. It’s insane that the turnover rate is so high but yet the company has yet to admit or show they are willing to listen and change some things to have a better future

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
