      Lots of internal training, very developed processes, tons of corporate knowledge, great people/peers, continuing education opportunities, financially safe company, pretty good healthcare, and profit sharing can be quite good

      Cons

      Slow to change, middle management seems to micromanage rather than mentor/organize, relatively low pay in competitive regions, high work load, low level of employee engagement

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
