      Family based company. Not really anything positive

      Cons

      Not the best company to work for. It was approximately five to seven African Americans in the whole organization of 500 employees. Horrible benefits, not the best pay, time off horrible. I lost my mom and they only gave three days of bereavement.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
