Family owned business with weird, toxic culture - Division Coordinator Ford Audio-Video Systems Employee Review

This has been personally the worst work experience i have encountered in my career. The work culture is very unprofessional and bias. This family own business is ran based off of personal biases. Pay is low. It’s clear they do not value their employees with their minimal PTO, lack of wellness initiatives, and no sign of work-life balance. They truly cut corners to save money and will devalue an employee in a heart beat. Very toxic work environment.
