      Ford Audio Video has a very old, aniquated leadership team. The company is way out of touch with what is going on in the real world.

      Cons

      The Over Micro Manage. A activity report is required every day, then you have to do a weekly review of those reports. You meet weekly with the entire team and once or twice a day with your immediuate direct report.

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
