      Health Benefits Are Pretty Good

      The Salary is not a real Salary. It is Hourly with No OverTime allowed. There is no career trajectory, they assume you will stay in a position until you quit Too Many Managers No idea how to manage projects effectively Leaders are "Self Important" Laziness is rewarded as long as you are friends with the right person

      Pros

      Management was great and supportive. Gained a lot of useful experience here. The pay was decent and higher than the average customer care pay rate in OKC. CoWorkers were also supportive and great to be around.

      Cons

      Not really a lot of cons. Just need to be a social and productive person.
