None really, I suggest you consult current and past industry professionals from manufacturers that have had dealings with these people. They have a long unfavorable history with their employees.
Cons
NOT the place to work in the Audio Visual industry unless you are totaly desperate and looking for a very bad working environment. The reason the job is open is because there is a revolving door of many former employees that goes back decades.
