Pay could definitely be better. Company structure gets a little lost with all the growth, which makes it hard to find a consistent person in leadership that could potentially mentor you and/or help you grow your career there.

There are some cliquey people- not many but that doesn’t matter unless one becomes your boss. A famous saying here is “it really depends on who ends up as your manager.” They will either be supportive or do whatever they can to push you out without firing you. I’ve seen that a few times. Hopefully this has changed
