      Coworkers are great, supervisors listen to you and accept feedback

      Cons

      Upper management doesnt listen to you, no work from home for a job that is entirely online. Very little upward mobility.

      Management cares about employees. Good pay. I work with great people.

      I can’t think of any. They do expect you to actually work and they have set expectations, but I see that as a positive.

      Pros

      From the beginning in, I have had a clear path to train to a higher role. Forcht Bank encourages employees to grow in their roles. Love the hours and pay for my position. I have met the entire executive numerous times, including the president of the company.

      None. I am very happy here.
