Management cares about employees. Good pay. I work with great people.

I can’t think of any. They do expect you to actually work and they have set expectations, but I see that as a positive.

From the beginning in, I have had a clear path to train to a higher role. Forcht Bank encourages employees to grow in their roles. Love the hours and pay for my position. I have met the entire executive numerous times, including the president of the company.
