Pros

- great culture - excellent people - exciting industry to work in - Free lunch Fridays, Snack Day, decent amount of vacation, benefits are fully covered, 401K, happy hours, casual attire, they try to make a work life balance, work from home options based on performance

Cons

- Constant turnover, including management - Poor pay structure; recruiters are on a draw, but their sales counterparts receive fairly strong base salaries. The company says that recruitment and sales teams are equals, but the pay structure doesn't reflect that whatsoever. - VERY limited growth opportunity

Pros

ForceBrands supported me throughout the interview process and helped me transition into a new job that I love.

Cons

Just ensuring that they had all the relevant policy information from the brand - I think this was less a reflection on Force Brands, but rather the employer.

Pros

This place is a total gauntlet. If you're part of the 'cool kids' group, warm leads are legit handed to you. If not, you are told that everyone self generates at the same pace and volume as the cool kids. This is the pro.

Cons

Most recruiters here are not great partners. It's very much dog eat dog, even between sales and recruiting. People here have been beaten down and shamed into silence and submission. Rollouts are always premature, they do not think through things before rolling out the 'new rules' to the troops. Karma and AI are coming.
