      Pros

      I met some great people while working here who I still am in contact with today. New machine was provided ( after asking for four months )

      Cons

      Brown nose culture. Severe lack of progression. No appreciation for long work days + no overtime pay either. 1/2 company is friends of directors which receive extra treatment and are never in the firing line. Majority of colleagues were very two faced and reported things to make directors and managers like them more

      Pros

      Colleagues are friendly (on operations side) Feels friendly and exciting when you start, and feels like a great place to start a career, so a good place to decompress after comparatively toxic places

      Cons

      Pay is universally poor but especially so for operations No (realistic) opportunities for career advancement or pay rises Repeated toxic workplace stories on commercial side
