Good Company - Software Engineer Force Ten Technologies Employee Review

I have worked more than two years two years in this company. Many projects in Micro-finance,Packaging Domain.Freedom to work Independently.Good office timing.Good Salary.Good pay hikes(twice a year).Homely atmosphere.

Use backdated technology.High work pressure.No proper software development life cycle is followed during development.You have to design,develop and test all by yourself !!! There is no other benefit other than salary.

Nothing. Dont ever try to join this company. Your career will be ruined. Even dont go for intrvw waste of time.

List will be uncountable: Worst salary structure Worst enviornment to work in. Full time politics You will b confused whether you are sitting in a call centre or a fish market. 1950's technology is being used in this company. Worst hr managment. They treat every employee as they are thief they will take their codes. Pls tell the managers and ceo that those type of codes are useless now a days. Etc etc......
