      - company truck - per diem - lots of work - ability to get hours in the shop if field hours get slow - pay is okay

      Cons

      There aren’t any benefits nothing not even something as little as a Christmas bonus you can’t use trucks for personal use and all equipped with camera/gps hours are monitored like a hawk plus too many extraneous people with titles who want to try and bully you

      Good money because of the many hours worked and no days off.

      Cons

      No schedule, they do t care that you got a family, literally NO DAYS OFF 7days a week.
