ZERO CONS I would go back

Frequent restructuring and layoffs have created an unstable environment or distrust. Teams are stretched thin, leading to chronic burnout. Work processes are outdated, heavily reliant on spreadsheets with no real agile systems in place. Compensation lacks transparency, with large gaps between employees in similar roles and no clear path for resolution. HR is non-existent for staff-level concerns. Diversity is noticeably lacking. Bonus targets feel arbitrary and unachievable, despite being a major part of pay. Expect extensive travel (60%+) where you carry your own expenses.
