      Pros

      Not very big company, in office benefits. Use of some modern technologies.

      Cons

      Management, some projects. A few people who worked for a long time just sitting and making busy look, and they will. For management it's easier to change developers/qa/dev-ops than old "friends". Dancing around clients wishes while forgetting common sense.

      A supportive and professional workplace with a very positive team culture. Day-to-day work is well organized, and communication is transparent
