Pros

This company CARES about the environment and human health. Better than anyone else. The innovation to remove or replace ingredients from a product in order to make a healthier, greener version that still performs the same or better is constant. I slept well every night because I felt I was making an impact, I didn’t feel like I was contributing to global pollution by selling stuff made from plastic/vinyl/toxic chemicals each day. Product education is top level. So is the amount of information available on the website. Technical support is IMPRESSIVE and they always have your back.

Cons

TOXIC TOXIC Manager. PTSD level terrible. No transparency to see your detailed sales results for a quarter/year. (You will only see snippets of this data (for a spiffed item for example). You will never receive a comprehensive report of your sales, GP, top accounts etc. you will either love working there and will be successful. Or your manager won’t click with you and your time at the company will be a miserable, stressful, demoralizing and demeaning experience.

Pros

-Overall benefits package is reliable: Medical, Dental, & Vision, 401K, some other health benefits (like TeleDoc), pension. -Stable company with long-term employees, which says a lot about job security. -PTO and holidays are reasonable & average. -Company values quality, which can be a plus for some people.

Cons

Benefits feel more bare-minimum than competitive compared to companies of similar size and maturity. Health insurance premiums are significantly higher than my previous employer while offering less comprehensive coverage, and there is no spousal surcharge option. -Some benefits policies appear designed for a one-size-fits-all workforce rather than different life stages. For example, there is no formal parental leave policy for birth or adoption, while other types of leave (such as bereavement) are offered.
