      Used to be a fantastic company to work for, friendly co workers Excellent discount Hour long lunch break (if working full day)

      Lack of support from higher up Backstabbing become rife amongst staff Expecting to do more work than being paid for No opportunities to rise in the company unless someone leaves

      You get to learn things from customers that you never knew before. You also get to show people new books and see their excitement.

      Cons

      There isn't any room to move up. No evaluations for raises.
