Pros
As a fresher you will learn here for first 6 months. College days are not over if you are in Forbes technosys. :) Annual sports, Diwali celebration, Dandiya season will take back you to your childhood. Supportive and influential “Manager” ;) ( Trust me this guy has great skills in managing people , i worked on below low salary for almost 3 years :D and i almost forgot that money is everything.) Learnt very important lessions about life and career from Manager.
Cons
Please consider below points if you wanted to grow financially as well as technically. This company dont have good experienced people from industry( Banking sector ) Leads with Less knowledge about trending technologies and Domain. Learning for fresher is good for short amount of time but after that switch is necessary for both financial as well as technical growth. Financial growth would be very less if you stay with this company for longer time.( Trust me on this , i was key player in dream project of forbes management. I wroked for 3 years on below low salary but after that switched company for better growth) No onsite opportunities. Worse working ambience.( Office is old godown )
