I loved working at Forbes, it was probably the best job I have ever had. The management is extremely supportive and it is a family-like, nurturing environment. I came into the position with no knowledge of IT or recruiting, and everyone was very supportive and patient and helped me get up to speed in the ever-changing and challenging world of technology. The recruiters are top-notch, experienced recruiters and everyone has a relentlessly positive attitude. If you work hard and do your job, you are not micro-managed, and the work-life balance is excellent. I can honestly say that I did not bring my work home with me ever and I had little to no stress. I was given a lot of positive reinforcement for every success I had which fueled me to want to bring in more clients for the company. I highly recommend working here for any and all salespeople who are sick of being treated as a set of numbers.

Not really any cons to speak of. I wish I had a newer computer like some of my co-workers!

Forbes is a great place to work. I think that we have an awesome collaborative team environment. It's competitive and goal driven to meet team and individual success. I feel like everyone is a team player and strives for overall successful. We have weekly meetings, monthly bonus goal incentives, competitive compensation and strive for excellence as a unit. They are open to the new ideas that I have shared during meetings and I am encouraged to be creative. I enjoy and am encouraged to find the latest ways to recruit and develop new business. I love our fun team outings and enjoy helping with organized charity events to give back to our community.
