The workplace culture was challenging and, in my experience, lacked professionalism, inclusivity, and mutual respect from the first day I joined. I found there to be a cliquey environment that made it difficult for some employees to feel supported and succeed. There were instances of passive-aggressive behaviour and conduct that I felt undermined collaboration and morale.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this organisation to prospective applicants. Since leaving, I have worked for an employer that promotes fairness, respect, and employee wellbeing, with a strong commitment to preventing workplace bullying and harassment. The contrast has highlighted the importance of a positive and supportive working environment.
