      Pros

      Unfortunately, since it was taken over by investors there are no pro's. The people they brought in, CEO, CFO completely ruined the culture and what made Fora/TOG such a great place to work. Fired lots of loyal staff and completly changed the culture. it is now a souless place to work, stay away!

      Cons

      Management lie to your face. They pretend they have no idea about certain things going on, when in fact they are the ones orchestrating it!

      Pros

      The majority of people who work at Fora are incredibly friendly and passionate.

      Cons

      The leadership team does not know how to build a positive environment for their employees. Progression is nearly unheard of. The company is burning through staff without any remorse.
