Not super helpful management - Allied Health Assistant Fora Employee Review

- Communication was hard with management --> they'll keep sending you the SAME email and disregard your response to their emails. This happened at least 5 times when I had explained as to why I couldn't meet a client's AHP as the AHP has said they don't have the time in their schedule to accomodate for monthly meetings especially since the client's goals were remaining the same. - Also incorrectly got paid and it was hard to follow up, only a few members of management were actually helpful in pointing me to the right direction and helping me correct my pay
