      Pros

      Outside of the IT department, teams tend to be friendly and easy to get on with. Some really difficult personalities on the whole though.

      Cons

      Really hostile environment. Lots of back stabbing. Blame culture. Communication between teams is woeful. Overall communication is terrible. Incredibly unhelpful team dynamic. Everyone out for themselves.

      Micro-management Bullying Low pay The Flexi-time policy was not enforced (they try to keep you coming in and leaving at certain times which is ridiculous - why is the policy even there???) Contract pay-raise withheld Passive aggression from line managers Extremely high staff turnover
