Pros
Free and young team members. Not like traditional Japanese company which has a hierarchy. Suitable for people who are good at self-motivated.
Cons
A company lasted for more than 10 years but still calls itself a start-up in which means it doesn't want to spend efforts on creating a good institution. One of the worst is the bonus table. You will be surprised by how little you can get all because of an intransparent way of calculating the bonus.
