I've been with For Sale By Inventor for 8 plus years and I couldn't ask for a better company to work for. I've always felt more than just an employee here, I felt part of a team. Working for a smaller company, they value your input and help in situations as we work together to get things accomplished for the clients. I enjoy what I do and the values of the company. When things change, as they can in any place, we all work well accomplishing things for the clients. I never feel micromanaged also, I am trusted at my job to do my work. Salary and benefits are in the competitive market also.
