      Pros

      Moving from a previous large corporate employer to a family ran business the difference is unbelievable. I have had 8 many happy years to date treated with care, support and love. I could never ask for anymore and hope to be here for my whole career.

      Cons

      Some people may see it as a con and it is not for everyone that because it is a non corp family business people may do things outside of their 'typical' job description. I would say most people who have worked for the FEG actually love this.

      The christmas do is the only perk of the job.

      Cons

      Avoid like the plague. A family business that is run on nepotism and will bin you off at any opportunity, especially if you are under 2 years of employment. They promise perks and never deliver on any of them.

      I worked with some talented colleagues.

      Cons

      My experience at the For Everyone Group was unfortunately marked by a culture that prioritised personal connections over merit. Nepotism was evident which undermined team morale and made it difficult to trust leadership. The environment often felt toxic, with limited support for raising concerns. Many talented individuals have left, and the organisation seems to be struggling to retain direction and purpose. Unfortunately, the positive reviews previously posted were done so by management or the owners.
