Avoid if you want a career - Sales Associate For Everyone Group Employee Review

Moving from a previous large corporate employer to a family ran business the difference is unbelievable. I have had 8 many happy years to date treated with care, support and love. I could never ask for anymore and hope to be here for my whole career.

Some people may see it as a con and it is not for everyone that because it is a non corp family business people may do things outside of their 'typical' job description. I would say most people who have worked for the FEG actually love this.

My experience at the For Everyone Group was unfortunately marked by a culture that prioritised personal connections over merit. Nepotism was evident which undermined team morale and made it difficult to trust leadership. The environment often felt toxic, with limited support for raising concerns. Many talented individuals have left, and the organisation seems to be struggling to retain direction and purpose. Unfortunately, the positive reviews previously posted were done so by management or the owners.
