Expensive babysitters and lying management - Registered Behavior Techniciam Footprints Employee Review

Will receive little to no supervision Will steal credit for your work Will lie to you Will engage in unprofessional and unethical behavior Programs for clients go unreviewed and unchanged for months as BCBAs lie about progress to allow them to coast and not do their job. Incredibly unprofessional environment where the upper management speaks a big game about caring for clients but internally, it's really clear they care most about insurance payouts and maximizing profits. Worse, many of the staff that work at the company are untrained and unsupervised. Supervision that does occur is a joke and often nothing gets accomplished in supervisory sessions, promises such as training for parents are often promised but never followed through on, and I can really only recommend this company if you want an expensive babysitter. There are some staff who care and try their best, but they can only do so much with supervisors who do not do their jobs and who steal and take credit for the work of their behavior technicians. One of their BCaBAs in particular should be fired. He doesn't do his job. He is on his phone or laptop messaging friends on facebook constantly, back against a wall so you cannot see, while he tells you he is updating and revising your child's programs to accomplish new goals. Funny, considering he was my supervisor for MANY cases, which did not see any change to programming 5-6 months into working, even after saying he would change programs.
