Pros

Working at Footprint Digital is a great experience. As a recent Graduate this year, I was looking to get work for a well established digital marketing agency that are friendly and approachable, with great training programs in place for a graduate to learn practical skills for the job. I must say after working here for 2 months, the experience has been awesome! Everyone is very helpful and communicate very well their ideas and support with your role. I also like to flexibility to be trained in a diverse set of skills including Project Management, Strategy Planning, Client Communications, Paid ads like Google Ads account set up and management, SEO services and to also learn and implement new skill sets of your own interest, if it is relevant and beneficial for a client. There's also flexible working options, you can work from home or in the office, as you like. Also if you have medical appointments and important family time to help a family member you can notify a manager and you are not timed for time spent on these which is great for work/life balance as health and family are important. Bitesize sessions, allow colleagues to learn from one another.

Cons

Working hours are fixed, but this is ok.

Pros

Excellent colleagues who are open, eager to learn and supportive in everyone's progression. A customer-centric approach to business, despite being in an industry where this isn't necessarily the norm. A progressive attitude to growth and development. Lots of opportunities to have fun and strengthen team relationships with frequent company-wide events. Psychological safety from management and the team. A really collaborative way of working - every individual in the company is open to share their thoughts, knowing that everyone else, management included, will listen.

Cons

Natural growth pains of a company which is looking to grow revenue, but train up and bring on new staff at the same time - this brings great opportunities for growth, but can be challenging in the day to day. Also means that roles can adapt as you are in them, as you/ your team uses your initiative to innovate and improve things.
