Great advantages: • Great support from management to develop new ideas • Friendly team members • Great/Flexible Hours • Great support from all team members • The clinical director is very hands-on, attentive, willing to teach, and FUN! • The clinical supervisors provide ongoing support to their BT’s and clients • The BT’s have Room to grow professionally • Catered lunches occasionally 😊 • CEO and COO – Appreciate all team members
Cons
The past “Clinical Directors” were the worst! • Not knowledgeable within their field • Taken advantage of the owners • Misrepresenting the company Thank goodness they are in better hands!
