Great company to work for - Behavior Therapist Foothill Child Development Services Employee Review

I heard great stuff about this company from a friend and wanted to see for myself. I initially volunteered for the Autism walk and realized how friendly all of upper management was thus decided to join the company on a part time basis. Here are some pros: - Flexible hours - Growth opportunities within company - Resources for self development/improvement - Upper management had high expectations which were all reasonable in the scope of work thus only motivated me to do better - Open door policy with upper management and admin - You get to see the actual results from patients and play a very key role in attaining those results
