There is zero emphasis on employee growth, and leadership explicitly avoids creating a supportive learning environment. - Exploitative Culture: They view employees—especially juniors and interns—as cheap manual labor for their production line rather than technical talent. You are expected to just execute blindly, and asking to learn new things is actively discouraged. - Disconnected Expectations: The workload and demands are completely unreasonable given the lack of resources and guidance provided by the higher-ups. - Hostile Environment: It’s a highly toxic workplace where management is unapproachable and the daily atmosphere is incredibly draining. If you want to actually build a professional career in tech, avoid this place at all costs.
