- Dedicated employees who cared about the FI community and the product - Flexible home working

- Exec Leadership team were clueless on how to build a technology driven gambling platform. Their founder made his money from making and selling softcore VHS videos (Electric Blue Video) as an example - Tech leadership was incompetent. They've been through 4 CTO's in 18 months. - They kept changing the goalposts in Tech, never delivering anything (Nasdaq was supposed to be delivered for the start of the 2019 season) - They kept changing the goalposts for the customers as money from new users dried up. They did not want to but they were desperate - They would actively trade against their customers using company accounts - Marketing only cared about their VIPs or being on radio shows - Marketing would lie to the community all the time i.e. telling everyone they were in best financial shape ever recently while at the same time making lots of redundancies - They treated their staff, especially customer services horribly and staff turnover was high - Great idea but bad management

Great offices in Paddington and very laid back approach to working

I felt compelled to write this review after the latest headline grabbing crash on the Football Index exchange where thousands of 'investors' have lost their money. Football Index is a great concept run by highly inept individuals. They do not understand the first thing about building out a successful trading platform hence the complete loss of liquidity on the exchange which resulted in a huge crash. If you are reading this before applying for a job there I want you to be forewarned that even if you have more experience than them they will ignore you and do what they believe is right which is usually wrong.
