      Changing the lives of young people through their work

      Cons

      Run by white middle class men in decision making and monetary roles, whilst under the pretence of the great and diverse FBB team actually making decisions. Toxic management, clique culture and long hours.

      Pros

      Wonderful and talented staff team and brilliant mission. Phenomenal work culture. Genuinely one of the best places that I have ever worked.

      Cons

      As with all work with young people the work is very challenging/tiring and the pay is low in context of work demands.
