Pros
The people that I work with are good hearted everyone gets alone very laugh a lot so that's always a plus. I also get a 30% what's better than getting a discount and not paying 200 dollars for some sneakers so that's always a plus
Cons
The cons are dealing with some of the customers really. Some can have a real bad attitude but don't matter how mean or how bad there attitude is you still have to give them a great customer experience. Make sure you meet there needs.
