Pros

Cool people, one of the managers was pretty awesome but he left to go back to a store he previously worked at. You can get a decent amount of hours.

Cons

Very regimented work environment. The managers push a lot of corporate researched sales strategies and make you do a lot of up-selling which basically never works. They actually make you watch those cheesy corporate videos at the beginning of employment. Job gets boring.
