Nurturing and supportive culture with approachable and adept seniors. Very strong research and design expertise, great place to head start your career.
Cons
After being bought over by a parent company, changes in direction and proposition as a business happened. The change is not unwelcome but there's still a lot of work to do and as an employee I felt a little lost in that transition.
